A friend of mine works for the state soil service.  He was talking to a crusty old gentleman, encouraging him to learn and use new techniques that would help him be a better farmer. The old farmer's reply to my friend was "I'm not as good a farmer now as I know how to be!"  That reply caught my friend by surprise.  It caught me by surprise, too, but for a different reason: it shows an insight and self-knowledge that is rare.  That one sentence from the old farmer summarizes why Performance Dynamics Systems exists.  Most people already have the technical knowledge needed to be effective at their jobs.  We don't train people how to farm, sell, teach, or do their job.  We help people do a better job doing what they already know how to do.  We also help people find a balance between their personal and professional lives that helps them be more effective in both areas.
